Ellacy Global Education (EGE) is an educational institution founded in 2014 in Washington, DC, USA with a core business of providing guidance for study abroad and education training in foreign languages. EGE’s focus is on bringing advanced educational opportunities to students around the globe. As such, the EGE has grown to a worldwide scale and is licensed to operate in the United States, Canada, France and Vietnam. EGE is also proud to be a member of the NAFSA International Education Association, a strategic partner of more than 300 schools in countries around the world.
Ellacy Foundation is a scholarship fund that provides valuable scholarships for Vietnamese students to study at American universities and around the world. With the mission of expanding access to international education for everyone, we bring diverse school opportunities to Vietnamese students and students through close cooperation with universities across the US.
This partnership plays a key role in overcoming financial barriers and helping students access the global education system in the most favorable way.

MEET THE TEAM
Ms. Ella Nguyen
Founder / President, Ellacy Foundation
Ms. Ella Nguyen is a veteran education consultant. She has held senior management roles at three educational institutions in Singapore and Vietnam, managing study abroad programs and visas for international students in the US, Canada, Hanoi and European countries.
She partners with top Ivy League universities and brings quality leadership education to everyone. At the same time, she is the founder of Ellacy Global Education and the Ellacy Foundation, which directs Ellacy’s global operations.
Mr. Cuong Nguyen
CEO, Ellacy Foundation
Mr. Cuong Nguyen is a retired scientist from the US Air Force. He has managed many complex technology projects with large companies such as Lockheed, Boeing and Northrop Grumman, contributing to the development of A-10C aircraft and networking systems. He also helped improve modern command and control systems.
Currently, he is the CEO of Ellacy Global, specializing in Education and Investment in the US and Vietnam. He has led a team that has won the Theodore von Karman Award and been recognized for many scientific initiatives.
Mr. Mark Kopenski
President & CEO of Global Students Recruitment Advisors, Senior Advisor of Ellacy Global Network
Mr. Mark Kopenski who has many years of experience responsible for enrollment strategy in the US and UK, and runs satellite enrollment programs in Asia Pacific, Middle East and BRIC. Previously, he served as Vice President at Drew University, Richmond The American International University in London and Rockhurst University.
